There’s a very important reason puppies do n’t get enough milk until they’re seven to eight weeks old. In addition to emotional support, they need the nourishing milk and warmth of their mother to survive . Unfortunately, homeless puppies often find themselves without a mother, so their chances of survival are very low. That’s just what happened to Lily when she was taken to the San Jose Animal Care Center.

A kind Samaritan found Lily alone and miraculously survived. It took two days for Lily to begin to recover from the special milk feeding.

The medical team treating the girl wasn’t sure if Lily would survive, but fortunately she surprised everyone by clinging to life.

The poor animal was exhausted, so she took a long nap to regain her strength.

Thanks to the support of the medical team, Lily is feeling much better.

Newborns are always better off in the care of their mothers , getting them out of their environment before they’re sure their mother won’t return can hinder their chances of survival.

If you believe the mother fish will not return to pick up her pups, take them to your local veterinarian immediately .”

This beauty will surely soon find a family home where she is loved and cared for like a child. What a beauty!

Please share this touching story and help raise awareness! We must help all the animals that need it.
